Special Characters in my name! Help!!! IMM1295E form

So my IMM1295E pdf will not accept the fada in Tomás.

I put my name in without the fada but I keep getting the "your document contains invalid entries" warning when I try to upload and it wont work.

I presume its because my name isn't matching up.
How can I get around this?!

Any help gratefully appreciated

Type as close as possible in English, make sure your Keyboard is set to English too. Then include in writing the proper name with an explanation about the technical difficulty.

If you don't see any work arounds to fill in electronically, try manual application. This is a snippet from instruction guide 'Note: Completing the form electronically is easier and reduces the risk of errors that can slow down the application process'.
So you can fill it manually and submit them if you don't find any work arounds.

I will suggest you to call up immigration and confirm before you do so.

I have tried to upload by using Tomas, i.e. without the fada. But it will not accept the upload.
Would you know what number to call to find out about it I'll be calling from Ireland.
