I have finished my study in Canada, and I'm in Country A for holiday, below is my concerns:

1) I am in Country A and I have received post-graduate work permit which already mailed to my Canada address (not Country A)
2) My TRV expired date on March 31, 2016, and my arrival is on March 29, 2016 (2 days before it expires), my study permit will be expired on March 31, 2016 as well.
3) My TRV status is "student"
4) I am not able to show the post grad work permit since it's at my Canada Address
5) I have a letter of approval of my post grad work permit on CIC (showing my permit number and expired date, but not authorized to entry)

Am I entitle to enter Canada?

Yes.

But being entitled isn't everything... you still have to be assessed by a CBSA officer which can get strict on you and even refuse entry (it is your sole responsibility to carry all relevant documents with you, no excuses).

So prepare for any outcome.

Thanks for your reply,
But the post grad work permit was sent to my Canada address where I wasn't around in February.
