i wonder if any one knows about speak tast . what it is exactly when we hv to give that?
actullay i applied for my open work permit n for pr card under live in caregiver program.can cic officers ask me for speak test when they start processing my case?

SPEAK test is given in the Philippines for WP applicants under the Live in Caregiver Program to determine knowledge and language ability (must be conversant in English and knows subject area).
