If IELTS they can ask anything, like...lets talk about flowers...and you start telling whatever you know about it, they can make any silly question about what you told. What's your favorite color and why? Talk me about your favorite music (singer) from your Country...and so. Basically you have to be able to maintain a coherent discourse for about 3 mins. Nothing to worry about.
