Her son applied for SP extension online , now visiting his family.
I continued to check out his status on the phone while he is outside Canada.
His case is closed and approved (it has been a month now) but he has not received his visa yet (mailing address is in Canada - his Canadian guardian address).
He is coming back to Canada in 2 days (his current SP is still valid and would expired in a week )
1. Would it be problem at custom ?
2. As long as he has current SP and CBSA would check out his status (sp extension approved)with his UCI /Application NO.?
3. Can he ask new SP at custom since he have not received extended sp yet?
