SOWP Visa - Tracking through IVRS

Hi, I have applied for my Wife's SOWP VISA from India through Immigration Lawyer. I used to track my application status through IVRS tolfree number - 1-888-242-2100 and it used to update me "In-Process, Backgorund check going". But since last friday, I'm not getting any status and instead it is getting transferred to an agent. Could anyone advice on what could be the reason? Thanks in advance.

If you have not yet been able to reach an agent, you may want to raise a webform. Alternatively, people have been able to reach out agents during 8AM EST
