Aug 8, 2022 - Confirmation
Aug 10, 2022 - Biometrics request
Aug 16, 2022 - Biometrics completed on application
Aug 25, 2022 - Medical Passed

I don't know what happens after medical and if it is a good sign for a quick turnaround. Hoping for the best!
