SOWP timeline under inland family sponsorship

Hi, i have applied for my SOWP. My inland sponsorship is in process. My timeline is:

SOWP submitted: 17 Jan 2026
submission letter received: 24 Jan 2026
Waiting for work authorization letter to come.

I can see people getting PGWP in a month now as well. Not sure how SOWPs are processed. Anyone on the same path?
