SOWP status after main applicant PR in final stage

Hi All,

Can anyone please share their knowledge on this query for one of my friend?

Wife is on SOWP in Canada and husband's PR(also in Canada) in final stage as non accompanying spouse. What will happen to wife's SOWP status, will her WP be invalid? On Sowp it mentions "Valid to expiry of spouse's Study or Work".
