I am on a PGWP and my wife has a tourist visa for Canada, her SOWP was refused recently due to insufficient relationship documents and we couldn't satisfy that she would leave on time ( she has been here as a student a couple and tourist a couple of times and always left on time)
Before she got her refusal I booked her a flight to come see me next month, now I'm in a huge dilemma that should I apply again from her Country i.e Brazil or have her come here as a Tourist and then apply from Canada, does it even make any difference, people are telling me that she might have issues at border entering Canada, although it's not impossible though unless she says anything other than tourism reason. Lawyer thinks that she should not waste a month time and apply from Brazil and then once she is here we can update that now she is in Canada.
