SOWP - Refused from IRCC

Hello Everyone,

I applied for an SOWP visa for my wife. However, IRCC refused it for the following reasons.

My husband works in LMIA work permit as 7321 - Automotive service technicians, truck and bus mechanics and mechanical repairers

You do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse’s employment in a qualifying TEER. Refused under R205(c)(ii).

I have attached these documents with my application.

1. IMM1295 application
2. IMM 5707
3. IMMM 5257
4. My passport copy
5. PCC
6. Indian Driving License & Adhaar Card
7. My parent's identity card
8. Educational Documents
9. Work Experience letter
10. Work Payslips
11. Income Tax Returns
12. Proof of funds (India)
13. Photograph as per IRCC
14. Marriage Certificate
15. Our Pictures
16. Birth Certificate
17. Divorce Certificate
18. Upfront Medical
19. Networth & Valuation Certificate
20. Sports Certificate & Association letter ( as I am a sports Player)
21. Husbands - Canada Identity Card
22. Husbands - Passport Copy
23. Husbands - Payslips
24. Husbands - SIN
25. Husbands - Work Permit
26. Husbands - Proof of funds in Canada

I did not attach my husband's work letter from his employer, and the above documents do not show his work noc or teer.

Could you help me with what to do next? Can I try for a visitor visa again or SOWP again?

What should I do now? Is IMP and SOWP the same? I applied for SOWP, but its was mentioned IMP in refusal letter
