SOWP Refusal

Hi, me and my family applied for extension here in Canada, my husband and kids got approved but I got refused as SOWP.

Reason of refusal is that my husband's employment status doesn't support SOWP. I work as a school lunch supervisor. We already applied our PR last March, and didn't get an AOR yet, what could I possibly do to extend or restore my status. Is applying for visitor visa guaranteed option? Is it still possible to reapply for SOWP in the future?

What is your NOC? When does your WP expire? He can extend stay as visitor. If waiting for PR then wait for PR.

My husband is the principal applicant. He is a line cook, NOC is 63200. He was approved and so as my kids, I got refusal for SOWP. I only work as lunch supervisor but because of the refusal I need to stop immediately. What else can I do to extend my stay here?

Apply to restore your status to a visitor record

You are not eligible for SOWP based on that NOC. Change status to visitor and wait for PR.

You are not the PA but husband so no impact. You may or may not get approved for visitor record so show funds and reasons to stay. When did spouse apply for PR and through EE or non EE.

We applied for PR this March through Non EE, if thw visitor record is approved, what could be the next step and if not, will I need to leave Canada?

You wait for response to VR application. It may be approved for a few months & then extend again. PR through non EE stream is around two years.
