this semester is my last semester i have only two course in this semester but i applied sowp last year in july and i got result in march .
Because you are in the last semester, you can't apply for SOWP as it is less than 6 months until graduation. Have you been full-time through the whole program except this semester? When you apply for a PGWP, apply for the SOWP. To be eligible for SOWP, you will need a NOC A, B, or 0 job with at least 3 pay stubs and an employment letter. yes i was full time student except this semester because this is my last semester i pick only two course according to my degree requirements. i have valid study permit till july .my study will finish in mid of april and in may in will apply for PGWP. i have question when i applied SOWP that time i was full time student and i had one year visa .now they give me result after nine month its not my fault
You can ask for reconsideration but you have to prove that they made an error. If you showed that your were full time with transcripts and registrations the first time then resubmit. But because you are about to graduate, they may not review your file until after graduation and then it would be refused anyways. There are no timelines because reconsideration is not a formal process. Again you are graduating in less than 6 months so it may not be reviewed until after you graduate.i already applied for reconsideration.can u tell me what is the reconsideration processing time .

Is your spouse in Canada?it is easy to get work permit on border or i need aw solid proff?
So how would you get a work permit at the border? He needs to apply for a work permit.he is in india
