SOWP (outside Canada) submitted application

I have my SOWP submitted in March, but the processing time is too long.

Is it possible that I will land Canada next month with my eta and wait for my SOWP (outsideCanada) when I am actually in Canada?

You can try but no guarantees. You are trying to arrive as a visitor but with no intentions of leaving so not a true visitor. Assume you will have minimal ties to your home country like a job, home, etc.
