SOWP or TRV

Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum and need your advice!!

I am gonna keep it quick and straight forward. I am on a PGWP in Canada with a NOC A job. I am getting married on December 16th in India and hope to bring my wife with me. I have got conflicting suggestions to apply :
TRV first and then OWP after getting here
Apply for SOWP directly

Can anyone here suggest which one would be a smoother and quicker process for us. My would-be is working in India currently but we are okay if she doesn't work right away when she gets here. All we care is for her to join me in Canada as soon as possible with no hassles.

If you are working in NOC A surely your wife will get Visa. Either trv or owp.

I have been checking these forums regularly and according to me, the best option is to go for SOWP. Even I applied for TRV for my wife and it got refused and then I applied for SOWP and it was approved. Success rate in SOWP is way higher than TRV. You have to be really really lucky to get TRV.
Rest is your choice.

Thanks a lot for your replies. I think SOWP is way more safer and hassle free than TRV. Sure it might take a bit longer but atleast I won't have to worry about converting it to OWP here.
