I submitted my SDS application online and my spouse is included in my application as an accompanying family member. In the application, I selected the purpose of travel for my spouse as "Visit - all other types".. and so she will be getting a temporary resident visa, if approved.
I did not know that I can submit her open work permit application (SOWP) at the same time with my application.
Can I now start a new application for her and apply for open work permit while my SDS application is in pending OR can she apply for an open work permit after we arrive in Canada?
