Sowp on student application

Me and my wife both in Canada and my PGWP expires today and my spouse dependent work permit expires today. Yesterday i submitted student permit to my wife and SOWP for me on same application. Does it mean implied status for both of us.?
can I continue working untill we get decision on our applications.?
i didn't receive any information wether I should continue working or not when I applied both student permit and spouse dependent work permit.

please advise.

She certainly cannot keep working. She is switching to a study permit. She will need to stop working effective today. She will be able to start working again 20 hours per week once her classes start. I believe you can keep working.

My wife is not working at the moment.

Where to confirm. Wether I can keep working or not ?
