SOWP of international student

Hello

My wife is currently studying 2 years MBA at UCW and about to finish 1st term next month. Her permit is valid until September 2028. I am working in same company in India over 6 years. I have around CAD 45000 in my savings account which is over 8 months old. Also, have apartment on my name in India and living with senior citizen parents.
Wife has around CAD20000 in her bank account in Canada including GIC. She has just started working part time there.

I have submitted SOWP application last week from India.

What are the chances of SOWP for me and current timeline please?

Expiry date of permit is not what is important is when her studies end. Not sure how the BC gvt allows UCW to offer MBAs in good faith given most in Canada have never heard of this school but if you have sufficient funds to pay for her schooling and expenses as well as additional funds to support another person the chances are pretty good that an SOWP will be approved. When you got married, your in person relationship history, your immigration history, etc. will also impact SOWP approval/refusal. IRCC is aware that people do get married to try and secure an SOWP.
