SOWP Medical Concern

Hi All,
I applied for SOWP and visitor visas for my wife and baby (10 months), they received medical request last week and submitted the medical on 01/Feb/2022, today I checked the ircc account and it shows my baby has passed medical (Application/Profileupdated) and still my wife's medical don't show any update.

Is it something alarming? Doctor who did medical didn't say anything negatively.
Is it normal that the medical updates in ircc account for wife and kids in different time though it is submitted on the same time?

It is night in my country, so I am pissed off with tension what might be wrong.

It's really hard to comment. You'll have to wait and look for further updates. Medicals for different family members aren't always updated at the same time. This doesn't necessarily mean there is a problem.
