Hello there, I am a Post Graduate Diploma Student in Canada. my wife and kid applied for SOWP, awaiting for decision from IRCC.. recent announcement has got any impacts on them and the decision?

The full details around this haven't been announced by IRCC yet. So we don't know the answer. It might or it might not. Hopefully they grandfather and don't impact those who have already submitted applications. But not possible to say for sure right now.
