SOWP holder wants to apply for Caregiver program

Hi Guys,

I need your help to clarify something. I have PGWP and my wife has SOWP under my permit. I just would like to confirm if she wants to pursue with Caregiver pathway, does she need to apply for the New Pathway or she needs to apply using LMIA?
She already have ECA and IELTS results and job offer preparing to apply for new pathway but was confused in the process of applying.
