Same for me. My spouse and I applied for BOWP (spouse) and SOWP (me) together on Sep 4 and now still waiting. I also called IRCC and the agent said he put a note saying the processing time has elapsed.

Its the same for me. Applied on Sep 05, 2023 for me and my spouse. Still waiting..is there any way to know where the file is being processed at?
I don't know actually.. Some say one can contact the Member of Parliament to expedite the process. Not sure if this is true.
