Medical expired while application in process: 4th Sept, 2016 (it was done last yr when we applied fr a visitor visa which was refused in october 2015.)
Request for medical:14th Sept, 2016
pp request: 21Sept 2016.
Waiting to get it bck now.

Thanks, but the thing is my work permit is getting expired in November but at the time when I applied, I had a work permit of having 6 months validity.

Yea, I've already applied for it. But, would the VO know that I've also applied for BOWP at the time when he/she is going to decide my application?

One of my friends also applied for an extension and it is taking approx. 4 months.
