Hi All

Applying SOWP for my spouse who is in India as his SOWP has expired.
He has 2 VV refusals on the IRCC New Portal which was approved on Judicial Review
While filing IMM1295e for SOWP, how do we declare the refusals? Is there any format?
Can we just write a one liner and application # ? Any advice is kindly appreciated.
