Hello everyone,

Can someone help send a downloaded pdf of Oinp form as I have less than forty days to apply and cannot open it on my laptop or phone. Even tried the links on this forum.

Why can't you download again? What do you mean you can't open, if you have acrobat, it should open, unless file is corrupt.

Download it on your computer, and open with adobe acrobat. Don't open it in the browser. Make sure you have the latest version of acrobat installed!

It says this pdf document might not be displayed correctly. The document you are trying to load requires Adobe 8 or higher.
I just downloaded Adobe 11and it's still not opening

Right click the pdf file and select 'save to computer'. Proceed to open it in saved location on your computer.
