sop for switching career

Can someone help me with a SOP . I am from a medical field holding master's degree (2009) and working until now . There is a big gap from my student period. And since there is no much growth in my career i would like to take up a second career option, that is early childhood education. I am not able to connect both. please help me out .

I had a Masters too and had applied for visa for a post graduate diploma. I got rejected twice. In my GCMS notes, it was written that I already have masters so why I am applying for a lower degree. You have to be careful about this. there were too many things written by the visa officer in my notes.

ya that's the concern for me too. My Master's is considered as a double bachelor's degree in here when i went through WES assessment.

For visa??? I have been rejected already 2 times and the visa officer's notes in my gcms dont look very good and I dont know what else I can do to convince him.
