SOP for someone who has applied for immigration, too

Hi everybody

I am applying for student visa and I have to write I will come back to my country after finishing my studies. On the other hand I have my immigration in process and I am waiting for my Medical... Does anyone know how do I have to write that SOP letter?

Well, it is right! I have all the rights to apply for anything legal.
If my immigration doesn't get anywhere till the end of my studies, I have to come back! I just don't know how to express this!

they refuse many applications evry year only for reason u will not return back

i have applied under SPP as on 4th December at Jalandhar VFS office
Reached to New Delhi CHC as on 6th December
I have been refused visa for this reason what can I do?
Other reasons:
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,language abilities or your future prospects or plans.

12th std 54.90%
Computer Engineering Diploma/2nd year(Still doing)
IELTS 6.5 bands
Education Loan Rs.8 Lakhs
1st Year fees already paid $13,412.00
Applied For PCSSN - Computer Systems Technician - Software Engineering,Davis Campus,Brampton ON,Sheridan College.(Ontario College Diploma-2 years).
