Its not mandatory as it is not written anywhere to attach the Sop

SOP is a way to express what to think of your future and Canada ,that's all.

Even in some weak cases it was seen that SOP helped to crack visa , but too much relying on SOP is not a Wisdom.

No, bro if you are applying under spp ,Should write a decent SOP ,with all details

take care of its length ,may be not more then 1 or 1+half page ,

as I told its not mandatory for any kind of study permit ,yes you don't need it.
