Son coming before spouse on a trv or student permit?

I am wondering what anyone's thoughts or experiences have been on a child coming first on a trv or student permit? Any comments appreciated

for study permit, he need to register school first and send sp application.

Applying for study permit and TRV need to show good financial proof and home tie etc.

if your son is over 18 and doesn't want to study more , then apply for TRV.
