If the HR person sees an Indian or a Chinese name the probability of you getting a call for a job interview is slim compared to someone who has an English sounding name.
So all the Balwinders in the house change their names to Bob, Kulwinders to Kris, Manwinder to Mike, Dharamveer to Danny.....just some suggestions
And for all the Chinese brothers/sisters in da house... Mings to Mary, Bims to Brian, Xao to Peter, Shao to Shawn, Lim to Larry. Lets see if it makes any difference
