Can you please tell who all are eligible for MI4 = PHD immigrant stream? I'm hearing this for the first time.

Can you please tell who all are eligible for MI4 = PHD immigrant stream? I'm hearing this for the first time.

According to MI-4, if you are PhD student in Canada, and have completed 2 years of study, you can apply under FSW stream.

It has quota of 1000 applicant every year. (as of now)
