Some questions need to be answered regarding new rules

I applied for transfer of credits to undergraduate program but unfortunately my credits weren't transferred hence i am going to start 4 years undergraduate degree from 1st year. This is something really disturbing me. 4 long years to wait for graduation
Now i would like to enroll in a 3 years undergraduate program or Change institution for a 2 years undergraduate diploma in relevant field.
(I have received 4 years visa)

My questions
1) After landing in Canada Can i enroll in three years program ? I know i will have to inform CIC but i have got visa for 4 years and my new program lasts for 3 yrs. Will it create hurdles for me ?
2) If i change institute and enroll in 2 yrs diploma ? Is that possible ? Again my study permit is for 4 years. Will it be an issue ?
Last but not least. What about PGWP ? Either completing 3 yrs degree or 2 yrs diploma. Will i get 3 yrs PGWP ?

1. Inform CIC via MyCIC.
2. If you change, your SP will be valid only for 2 years + 90 days.

What about PGWP? Will i get it after 2 yrs of study ?
I ain't got MyCIC ? I applied paper based. So ?

PGWP will be issued after you pass the course and graduate.

If you don't have a MyCIC account create one and inform.(Its easy even i didn't had a CIC account)

1. Yes.
2. If you have applied for visa after June 1, you can search and update application on MyCIC by entering UCI number & other personal information.
