Please clear some question.

1. May I need to submit visa office specific document at initial time? And where I have to submit all doc. In previous time we only send filup form in Canada then full doc to specific visa office. Now what is the rule? Please clear it.

2. If my educational qualification is different and I have work experience is different field may I apply?

- Rules changed now. If you submitting initial files then you will have to submit
- Original language ability proof - certificate in this case
- PCC original
- Copy of all the supporting documents as eligibility will be checked now as per the documents at CIO

2. If my educational qualification is different and I have work experience is different field may I apply?
- It doesn't have that much importance but if you have work experience matching the high skills required as per 29 list, you are good to apply.
