Some pdf documents can't be opened / downloaded for Temporary Resident Visa

Some pdf documents such as Use of Representative (IMM5476) and Family Information (IMM5645) can't be opened in chrome.
SOLUTION open the web page with internet explorer or perhaps other browsers too (other than chrome) now you can download/open the pdf files.

The main application form shouldn't be opened anywhere else but Adobe Reader to be able to fill them out on your computer.

You need to download the file dont open in browser, so right click save as. Or if it opens in browser hit the download icon in chrome pdf viewer then open in Adobe Reader.
