i took addmision in fic college vancouver in bba 4 year degree for jan 2018 nd my file is in high commsion but further i want to change my cource and college both when i will reach in canada then i want to take may intake there pls explain me the process also can i change and how i will get my fees refund nd this process will effect on my PR further?

Its serious issue i suggest u not to do that ..if u do this after reaching canada most probably u will be questioned by cix..
