Hey there, almost all of my applications have been refused (h&c,refugee) and i have mentally accepted the fact, but i have a couple of questions.

1- my passport is expired and when i am to be removed how would that be handeled?
2- would anyone know of what i applied for back in my country?
3- will i face any troubles?

  1. CBSA and IRCC will work with your home country to obtain valid travel documents.
  2. Should be nothing that prevents you from renewing your passport yourself. Difficult to say without knowing where you are from.
  3. Trouble from who?

its not a country that shares any immigration information with canada, id like to keep some info private, but what kind of travel document? i applied for refugee so im worried i might face trouble when i get to my home country

Typically either a temporary passport or another kind of travel document that allows travel to your country. It really depends on which country you are from.

Would i be able to ask them to give me my passport so that i could rewnew it? i just dont want my country to know that i applied for refugee status because im afraid i would get in trouble

Sorry - I'm not sure. To the best of my knowledge, they don't return your passport to you until after you have boarded your flight home. So not sure that will be possible. Hopefully others can clarify.

I don't think any of us can answer that question without knowing what country you are from.

You may be able to work something out with CBSA where you apply to renew your passport in exchange for voluntary departure.
