Some doubts in IMM0008 form

Hi friends,

had some doubts wrt to IMM0008 form

1) In question 10 - current country of residence. Can I keep the "To"(Date) column as blank as currently I am in USA and I don't know till when.
2) National Identity document - Can I give PAN number(from India) details. PAN does not have issue date or expiring date. Can i leave it blank?
3) In the end for consent and declaration, is it good to check yes for sharing our info to provincial authorities, be contacted by CIC in the future and share our details with prospective employers? Just wanted to know if by checking yes, this has any positive impact on the application? Because otherwise I don't want to get bugged constantly for feedback and surveys

What is your current status in States ??
2) National Identity document - Can I give PAN number(from India) details. PAN does not have issue date or expiring date. Can i leave it blank? India doesnt issue National Identity Document. So check "Does not apply"

Because otherwise I don't want to get bugged constantly for feedback and surveys I am sure they CIC wont bug you for that.

So dont you have an expiry date on H1B Visa ?? If you have one then use that one for now. Btw do you have minimum1 year of Canadian experience ?

I was wondering if we can put a future date in To column. Suppose i was in India, then what would I fill in that case?

If you were in India then you dont have to fill "to" date as you are Citizen of India, and their is no expiry date for that.
