I applied for Canadian PR under skilled worker category (from New york) and received a letter saying that my interview has been waived and requesting for medicals. I did my medicals on 1st of May. And then I got married to a Canadian citizen on mid May. (Wedding was taken outside Canada).
I do understand that I have to inform CIC about my status change. Below are the questions

1) How do I inform the CIC about my status change? Is just a letter is good enough?
2) Are there any additional forms/ Documents that I need to submit?
3) Any additional information?

Thanks for the help.

You have to amend your application to show the marriage, the IMM 5406, include a copy of the marriage certificate and proof that the spouse is Canadian , emphasize that s/he is a Canadian.
