Its a bit of a long story but to make it short il put it in points.

1- Failed refugee caliment, been here for almost 4 years, applied for H&C and soon to apply for PRRA
2- I have post graduate work permit (i completed my studies here)
3- My passport expired (the one that the goverment has)

so my questions are

1-Will my home country ever know that i applied for refugee status, my lawyer said no but i have not found anything on the internet and that concerns me.
2- How will i be able to renew my passport since its expired at this moment?
3- since i have post graduate work permit (and i have a skill type 0 job as of now) how good of a chance do i have to stay in canada and get a PR (i am under 25)

Hi,
1-The best way to know that, is Google your own name and you will see. I did and my case appeared on the web.

From what I understand, trying to go back to your home country would jeopardize your H&C application.

im not trying to, but if i am forced to go back, am i able to renew my passport? will my home country know that i applied for the refugee status and will i face any trouble if i did end up going back home

I am not an expert on the refugee process but I have always heard that going back is a big no-no. Because it invalidates the claim that you are in immediate danger in your home country.

Hopefully others more familiar with the process can comment.

Regarding your third question, wouldn't it be easier if you applied for an Entry Express PR instead of H&C one ?
Most people who graduate from a canadian university follow that road and it's fairly straightforward.
