I landed in Canada on PR and went back to my country due to some urgent reasons within a month.
Now 6 weeks have passed after the PR card was mailed to me by the authorities but I have still not received it at my relatives address.
So as per the ircc agent, now I have to send the solemn declaration via fax or mail to reapply the card.
I had given address of my relatives and will give the same address again at the time of reapplication.
Can I send the signed solemn declaration via post/ fax from my country to Canada's Nova Scotia office. Or is it compulsory to be residing in Canada to be able to reapply for PR card.
