Software Performance lead engineer job opportunities

Hi All ,

i am wondering if there is anyone with a software performance engineering background who can provide me with inputs on looking for jobs related to the specific area . 2173 is a broad category and most jobs are being advertised as purely developer / designer jobs . I have a CRS score of 400 and would need to find a job for me to have any hope of getting an ITA .

I have 15 years of experience in the industry however this does not really matter to the points and initial application . A prospective employer might value my profile more based on my actual industry experience hence i ask this question . Kindly do let me know .
