Software Engineering skill set for LMIA

Hi Guys,

Can you please help me identify the skill set in regard to IT / Software engineering which require LMIA ? I am a software engineer with 4+ years experience in IT field with BE in computer science. I would like to know which skill set will help me get a job in Canada under LMIA?

Most employers don’t want to go through the hassle and expense of applying for an LMIA. Your biggest issue is likely finding an employer willing to go through the process. I think your best approach is to apply for jobs and see if you find an employer willing to try. Best bet is always skills that are hard to find in Canada.

Thank you canuck78, appreciate it. I can see that there is an increased demand for python at the recent times. If at all any technology expert can help me identify such skillsets so I can get accustomed to it?
