Software Engineer in New FSW eligibility list

Can anyone kindly tell whether the occupation "Software Engineer" is included in the current eligibility list for FSW (applicable after 4th May'13)?

If no then is there a possibility that I could apply as Computer Programmer?

My job duties are as follows:

• Web applications development using Java, JSP, Java Servlets, PHP, Joomla, Drupal, Generetrix, phpMyDirecory, RESTLER, AMFPHP, Wordpress, Javascript, jQuery, Google Maps API, and databases MYSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server.
• Developing web application architecture and determining hardware and software requirements.
• Participating in application planning and quoting time/effort estimates.
• Planning, designing, writing, modifying, integrating and testing application code.
• Managing and supporting other software engineering staff.
• Assisting in analysing, specifying and developing Internet strategies, web-based methodologies and development plans.

It seems your duties matches the duties for that NOC 2174 (Computer Programmers). See link below:

Agreed. If you haven't already taken IELTS and had your education assessed - it's extremely likely you're too late.
