Soft landing activities

Hi everyone,

I am planning soft landing for 10 days in SINP, what are the activities to be done within this 10 days?

1. Is it advisable to apply for health card or Photo id card during this trip.?
2. Will i have to file tax returns on incomes outside canada for year 2023-24.?
