Dear Friends

I have a question, please if you can explain as you guys are experienced. I have multiple things in my career. I did job in social work in a NGO ( non governmental organization ) while i was doing my bachlors in IT. Then i got a job in telecommunication as customer services officer on the basis of experience in social work as being familer to customer services. while doing job in customer services i did my MBA in Finance as it was my passion to learn finance and after i did my MBA i was promoted in the same company in the department of Sales & Distribution as Specialist of a product and then was promoted again. Now what i want to ask is, do i qualify under noc code 4152 as i had experience in the same field from 2004-2006 but do not have education relevent to it ?

@ Amir, first of all as per the guide, the key is being able
to demonstrate substantially that you performed the duties under a certain NOC for at least 1 yr.Now as to whether education vs experience is still a hot debate particularly when social work is regulated profession in most parts of CA. Now the application is done in a way that u can apply under more than one NOC with preference. So u cld apply under 4152 and 1122 if u can prove experience in both....Mandie

Thank u mandie for the information. I would like others also to comment on my query. also please tell me that while applying and submitting application few documents are asked in original like marraige certificate, IELTS, marraige pictures etc, after approval or issuance of visa will they be handed over back to me as these are valuable to me or they will be retained ?

Thank mandie again then , ok one another question as you said that i should apply under noc 4152. as i mentioned that i worked in this domain 6, 7 years ago. Would VO verify me through my current employer or the previous one. if the previous one, how would that benefit me. as the people might have forgotten me and even if they remember a call from VO would pause them for a while that if there was some one naming amir or not. Because big companies have their HR departments to do this job while small organization have individual departments and imiediate bosses. While 6, 7 years can change any thing like reporting line, fellows, addresses etc.

I hope i am not asking difficult questions ?
