Hi guys,
I keep reading that if you apply WITHIN Canada, you can not get your SIN straight after getting your COPR after landing interview. I know that even the Service Canada website says so. But has anybody actually tried to go to Service Canada only with COPR and passport ?
I have read that some people did it and that it worked. Also, when I called Service Canada this morning and mentioned my case (spousal application, Inland, I already have a SIN starting with "9", and I'm from France), the woman said that I *CAN* get my SIN with only my passport and COPR.
So who's right ? It's all very confusing
