For SNIP OID I was required to to submit POF , however at that time my bank balance for last 3 months wasnt adequate enough,
The issue is that Although I had almost double of required Funds but I had loaned it out to few people , now how do I try to convince same to Sask guys..

If u don't say, how will they know about loan? Get statement and bank managers certificate about holding amount and upoad.

The problem is that my Account wont be showing required funds, 3 months prior to application date.
I got the funds after the application date.

Submit new one with full preparation. Within 2-3 months you will find new intake.
