Hi Sarag,

What kind of Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program do you apply for? I read in the guide of the province that they will send you the instruction along with the certificate to tell you what form and specific documents to send to the visa office.

Danny

yes they send the list of applications forms and police cc, fee, photo details.
do i need to send all the supporting documents with this or not

I applied SNIP family class. send the application kit along with the supporting documents. they send the certificate and keep my supporting documents.

In my case under AINP, I submitted the FBI certificate and other PCCs together with the nomination certificate and application kit that AINP sent me.

Hi Sarag,
I think you should send an email to the Saskatchewan office to make clear about that.

BZ Mom,

What kind of PNP Saskatchewan do you apply for?

Thanks, Danny

When I applied in June 2009, we received the certificate, after 2 weeks. I'm not sure, how long they process it lately.

usually it takes between three to six months to get nomination and another six to twelve months to get visa

snip did interview from my employer if he still ready to offer the job and pay benefits etc on 8 June 2010 applied Jan 2010 for snip family . officer told my employer that she is going to send the case to manager any one gone through same experience ? how long will it take to get nomination ?

thanks

bad news snip or any provincial category are just lucky that they got medical or visa narrow escape form skilled visa assessment

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP79.asp

Guide for provincial nominees (IMM P7000)
Review for decision

Your application will undergo a detailed review by a visa officer. The officer will consider all the information and documentation you have provided, and will assess it against current selection standards for skilled worker immigrants.[/u

its politics bullshit all provincial nomination people miss that link visa officer have right to see application even if its nominated from any province
to assess it against skilled worker immigration means

they can reject our applications not only because of ilets but due to any reason simply if they consider applicant can not settle properly in Canada

Guys just stay strong. After four failed appplications and now a breakthrough its worth the struggle and waiting.

Submit all documents along with your application otherwise it will be returned.

@fanyloma ,

Please stop asking same question for multiple thread.

Getting a job in overseas depends upon individuals skills and experience. You can check the provincial job portals for the local jobs and try to apply online.
