I submitted my Saskatchewan PNP (SNIP) application on October 17th, 2019. I have 67 points and the application status as listed in OASIS says "Submitted". I just saw that there was a draw on October 17th with a minimum score of 67 points that included my NOC code. Unfortunately, I did not receive an ITA
Is the likely reason for this that of the people chosen who had a score of 67, all of them had more "in-demand" NOCs, were in the pool longer, or both? Also, does the status switch to anything else such as "Received" before you get an ITA?
