it's perfectly fine. many people apply for extensions to prove commonlaw and submit proof about their relationship . stop obsessing. your extension has been submitted, it is now out of your hands. PR applicants are rarely denied extensions.

It'll be fine! Actually, it will be a lot easier to have a shared lease and utilities once it comes time to sumbit your PR application.
